Official Giveaway Rules

Important: Please read these Official Rules before entering the Unlock by Zillow Rentals Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”). By participating in this Zillow Group (the “Sponsor”) Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and represent that you satisfy all of the eligibility requirements below.


NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

  1. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, directors or consultants of Sponsor and its parent and affiliate companies, subsidiaries, divisions, suppliers, members and agencies that are involved in the development, administration, promotion, implementation or execution of this Sweepstakes or any of its materials, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children, including half-and step-family members) and household members of each such person are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

  2. Timing: The Sweepstakes begins on July 7, 2026 at 12:01 A.M. Pacific Time ("PT") and ends on July 21, 2026, at 11:59  P.M. PT (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes. 

  3. How to Enter: Eligible individuals who purchase one (1) ticket to Unlock by Zillow Rentals during the Sweepstakes Period will automatically receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry. To enter without purchasing a ticket, eligible individuals must mail a 3x5 card with the eligible individual’s full name, email address, and phone number to: Unlock by Zillow Rentals Sweepstakes Entry, 1301 Second Avenue, Floor 36, Seattle, WA 98101. Entries must be received by July 21, 2026, at 11:59  P.M. PT to be eligible.

  4. Selection of Winner: One (1) winner (“Winner”) will be selected by a random drawing from all eligible entries that adhere to these Official Rules. The drawing will take place on or about July 22, 2026, virtually, and the potential Winner will be notified via email. Sponsor reserves the right to reassign or transfer the Prize at its discretion if the winner cannot accept.

    Except where prohibited, the potential Winner will be required to sign and return a Declaration of Compliance, Liability and Publicity Release (“    Declaration”) and a Form W-9, which must be received by Sponsor within five (5) business days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, in order to claim the Prize. If (i) the potential Winner cannot be contacted; (ii) the potential Winner fails to sign and return the Declaration or provide any other requested information within the required time period (if applicable); (iii) the Prize notification is returned as undeliverable; or (iv) the potential Winner is otherwise unable to accept the Prize as stated, the potential Winner forfeits the Prize. Receiving a Prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules. No alternate winners will be selected; any forfeited Prize will remain un-awarded. The Prize will be fulfilled within approximately forty-five (45) days after the conclusion of the Sweepstakes.

    Verification of Potential Winner: THE POTENTIAL WINNER IS SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A PRIZE WINNER UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT’S ELIGIBILITY HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE AND NO FURTHER ACTION IS NEEDED.

  5. Prize: The Winner will receive two (2) three-night stays at the Arizona Biltmore Hotel, with room, applicable taxes, and resort credit covered. Hotel incidentals (such as in-room dining, minibar, parking, spa services), meals, and other personal expenses are not included and are the sole responsibility of the Winner.

    Zillow Group will apply the room, tax, and resort fee charges directly to its master account with the hotel. If the Winner has already booked a stay directly with the Arizona Biltmore then billing may be transferred to Zillow Group’s master account, subject to hotel policies and availability. However, if the Winner has booked through a third-party travel site (e.g., Expedia, Booking.com) or is staying at another hotel, Zillow Group will not reimburse or assume any costs, nor will an alternative prize or cash substitution be provided.

    The approximate retail value (“    ARV”) of the prize is valued at three thousand dollars ($3,000.00). No substitutions or exchanges (including for cash) of any prizes will be permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for any reason. The Winner is solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations pertaining to use and enjoyment of the Prize. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prize or components of a prize. The Prize may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer.

  6. Odds; Taxes; Etc.: Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner must complete Form W9 and provide it to Zillow Group prior to receiving the prize. The winner will be issued a tax form 1099-MISC for the value of the prize awarded. ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZES ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER.

  7. Release: By entering into this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies and each of their respective parent companies and each company's officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

  8. Use of Winner’s Name, Likeness, Etc.: Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes each entrant's consent to Sponsor's use of entrant's name, likeness or submissions for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration. By entering this Sweepstakes, you consent to being contacted by Sponsor for any purpose in connection with this Sweepstakes, even if you previously opted out of receiving marketing communications from Sponsor.

  9. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, human error or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in their sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor, in their sole discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any or all of the prizes offered herein. Sponsor reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual they find to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules of this or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

  10. Limitations of Liability: The Released Parties are not responsible for any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

Employees, directors or consultants of Sponsor, the MLB Entities (as defined below), and its parent and affiliate companies, subsidiaries, divisions, suppliers, members and agencies that are involved in the development, administration, promotion, implementation or execution of this Sweepstakes or any of its materials, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children, including half- and step-family members) and household members of each such person are not eligible. “MLB Entities” means the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball (“BOC”), its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, MLB Advanced Media, L.P. (“MLB”), including employees, officers, directors, agents, administrators and representatives of the MLB Entities, and the MLB Entities’ affiliates and subsidiaries and its advertising and promotion agencies, and Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., The MLB Network, LLC, the Major League Baseball Clubs (“Clubs”), each of their parent, subsidiary, affiliated, and related entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Clubs or the BOC, and the owners, general and limited partners, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, and agents of the foregoing entities. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.


2. Timing: The Sweepstakes begins on September 23, 2026 at 9:00 A.M. Pacific Time ("PT") and ends on October 5, 2026, at 7:30 P.M. PT (the "Sweepstakes Period"). 


3. How to Enter:

Eligible individuals who purchase a ticket to the 2026 Rentals Unlock Conference during the Sweepstakes Period will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes — only (1) entry allowed per individual. 


To enter without purchasing a ticket to the 2026 Rentals Unlock Conference, eligible individuals may mail a 3x5 card containing their full name, email address, and phone number to: MLB x Rentals Unlock Sweepstakes Entry, 1301 Second Avenue, Floor 36, Seattle, WA 98101. Entries must be postmarked by October 5, 2026, at 7:30 P.M. PT to be eligible. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person, regardless of method of entry.

4. Selection of Winner: 

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will take place on or about October 9, 2026, and potential winners will be notified via email.


To remain eligible, a potential winner must have been eligible under Section 1 of these Official Rules.


Sponsor reserves the right to determine the specific game, travel itinerary, airline, hotel accommodations, and all other travel arrangements in its sole discretion. If a winner cannot travel on the dates designated by Sponsor, the Prize will be forfeited.

Except where prohibited, each potential winner will be required to sign and return a Declaration of Compliance, Liability and Publicity Release and IRS Form W-9 within five (5) business days of notification.


If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to return required documentation, is otherwise ineligible, or declines the Prize, Sponsor may declare the Prize forfeited. No alternate winner will be selected, and any forfeited Prize may remain unawarded.


5. Prize: 

The winner will receive:

  • Two (2) tickets for use by the winner and their one (1) guest to the Game 4 of the 2026 World Series® presented by Capital One on Tuesday, October 27, 2026.Two (2) tickets for use by the winner and their one (1) guest to the 2026 World Series® presented by Capital One. Exact game to be determined in partnership of Sponsor and Winner, subject to MLB availability.
  • Reimbursement for two (2) two-night hotel stays and two (2) round-trip flights to the location of the game, up to $4,000 total in reimbursement. Economy round-trip flights, applicable airline fees, applicable airline taxes, hotel room, applicable hotel taxes, and resort credit covered. Hotel incidentals (such as in-room dining, minibar, parking, spa services), meals, and other personal expenses are not included and are the sole responsibility of the Winner.Ground transportation, meals, incidental expenses, baggage fees, gratuities, and all other expenses not expressly stated are the sole responsibility of the winner.


Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): Up to $6,000, depending on game location and travel costs.


The winner is solely responsible for all expenses not specifically identified as part of the Prize, including but not limited to meals, ground transportation, incidentals, baggage fees, and personal expenses.


The Prize may not be transferred or used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. 


No substitutions or exchanges (including for cash) of any prizes will be permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for any reason. The winner is solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations pertaining to use and enjoyment of the Prize. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prize or components of a prize. 


MLB Ticket Conditions: Use of any Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition ticket is subject to the standard terms, conditions, and health and safety policies applicable to the ticket; see mlb.com/ticketback for details. Seat locations at the game/event/exhibition and, unless otherwise stated in the applicable prize description, exact game/event/exhibition date shall be determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor. Winner’s guest(s) must be of legal age of majority in his/her(their) jurisdiction(s) of residence unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of the BOC and/or the applicable Club and may be subject to change. The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded as part of any prize will govern in the event a legal game/event/exhibition, as defined by Major League Baseball, is not played or held due to weather conditions, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance, or any other reason. Winner and his/her guest(s) agree to comply with all applicable ballpark and venue regulations in connection with the prize. Sponsor and the MLB Entities reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to any winner and/or his/her guest(s) who engage in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person at the game/event/exhibition. Released Parties (as defined below) will not be responsible for weather conditions; acts of God; acts of terrorism; civil disturbances; local, state, or federal regulation, order, or policy; work stoppage; epidemic, pandemic, or any other issue concerning public health or safety; or any other event outside of their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition. Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition tickets awarded as prizes may not be resold, offered for resale, or used for any commercial or promotional purpose whatsoever. Any such resale or commercial or promotional use may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture and may invalidate the license granted by the game/event/exhibition ticket.
