Hoda Kotb

Hoda Kotb is one of America's most recognized journalists and entertainers, best known as the former co-anchor of NBC's TODAY, where she spent 17 years alongside Kathie Lee Gifford and later Jenna Bush Hager. She also hosts the podcast Making Space with Hoda Kotb and recently launched Joy 101, a wellness community and platform.

Since joining NBC News in 1998, Kotb has covered major global stories as a Dateline NBC correspondent — from Hurricane Katrina and the war in Iraq to nine Olympic Games spanning Beijing to Paris. A New York Times bestselling author, she has written nine books; her latest, Jump and Find Joy, was released in September 2025.

Her accolades include a Peabody Award, an Edward R. Murrow Award, a 2019 Emmy for Outstanding Informative Talk Show Host, multiple Daytime Emmys, and induction into the Broadcasting & Cable Hall of Fame. She lives outside New York City with her two daughters, Haley Joy and Hope Catherine.

Daron K. Roberts

Former NFL Coach & Best-Selling Author

Daron K. Roberts is a former NFL coach, Harvard Law graduate, and author of two books: Call an Audible, named one of Sports Illustrated's "Best Sports Business Books of 2017," and A Kids Book About Empathy, featured on Oprah's Favorite Things list.

After coaching stints with the Kansas City Chiefs, Detroit Lions, and Cleveland Browns, Roberts founded the Center for Sports Leadership and Innovation (CSLi) at UT Austin — the first university-based institute dedicated to leadership and character development for athletes. He also lectures in UT's Liberal Arts Honors Program, with research focused on resilience, rejection, and failure management.

A Presidential Leadership Scholar and frequent contributor to Fortune, CNN, and Time, Roberts has been featured in ESPN, Forbes, and Sports Illustrated. He lives in Austin with his wife and five children.
